Who we are
Liquetax is a legal, tax, and compliance platform operated by Liquetax Consultants Private Limited (CIN placeholder), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
What we collect
When you use liquetax.com or the Liquetax dashboard, we collect: (a) contact details you give us (name, phone, email, city), (b) business information you submit for filings (PAN, Aadhaar, business address, financial data), (c) usage analytics (pages viewed, session duration, buttons clicked), and (d) cookies for authentication and personalisation.
How we use it
Your data is used strictly to (i) deliver the service you signed up for, (ii) meet legal / KYC obligations, (iii) send compliance reminders, and (iv) improve our platform via aggregated analytics. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Who we share it with
Only the third parties strictly required to fulfil your service — such as Government portals (MCA, GSTN, DGFT), payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business, Twilio), and our own contracted CAs / lawyers who are bound by an NDA.
How long we keep it
For active clients — for the duration of engagement + 8 years (Indian tax record-keeping rule under Section 44AA). After that, personal identifiers are anonymised and retained only in aggregate.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you can (i) access your data, (ii) correct it, (iii) request deletion (subject to legal-retention requirements), and (iv) withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email privacy@liquetax.com to exercise these rights.
Security
We use ISO 27001-audited data centres, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and role-based access with hardware 2FA for every employee handling client data. Suspected breach? mailto:security@liquetax.com.
