Our promise
If Liquetax fails to file a service you paid for, we refund 100% of the professional fee. Government fees are excluded (they're paid directly to Government portals and are non-refundable).
Cancellation before filing
You can cancel a service any time before we submit filings to the Government. Full professional-fee refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation after filing
Once we have submitted to the MCA / GSTN / other portal, professional fees are non-refundable but any unused government-fee balance is returned.
Delayed delivery
If we miss our promised turnaround by more than 2× (e.g., promised 10 days, took 20+ days) and the delay is on our side, you get a 25% credit toward your next filing.
How to request
Email refunds@liquetax.com from your registered email with the invoice number. Refunds are processed within 7 working days once approved.
