INTRODUCTION

1. Scope

LIQUETAX provides Indian business registration, tax, compliance, intellectual-property, licensing, import-export and business-support services. This policy covers information handled through our public website, client-facing portal, service and document workflows, communications, payments, analytics, authorised integrations and AI-assisted internal tools. A government portal, payment provider or other third-party service may apply its own privacy terms when you use it directly.

2. Information we collect

Identity and contact information

Depending on the service requested, this may include your name, business or company name, email, mobile number, address, PAN, GSTIN, CIN/LLPIN and other registration identifiers. We seek only information relevant to the stated purpose.

Service, compliance and documents

Where required, we may process GST, income-tax, ROC/MCA, accounting, registration, trademark/IP, GeM/tender, IEC/import-export and related records, including documents you upload or send to us. The exact information depends on your selected service.

Accounts and authentication

Client, employee and administrator workflows may process account identity, verified email, role, sign-in and account activity. Government or third-party portal credentials are processed only where authorised and necessary for a service. They must be protected, access-restricted and retained no longer than required; OTPs should not be treated as permanent credentials. Customer social sign-in is designed to use basic verified identity for account matching rather than retain provider access tokens.

Payments and technical information

We may receive transaction status, amount, invoice and limited payment reference information. Full card or banking credentials are ordinarily processed by the relevant payment provider, not stored by LIQUETAX. Website systems may process IP address, browser/device and session information, cookies, referring pages, usage events and security logs.

3. How we collect information

Information may come directly from you through website interactions, service onboarding, the client portal, document uploads, email, telephone, WhatsApp or other messaging, support interactions and payments. It may also come through authorised government, professional, analytics, authentication, communication or service integrations when you request or authorise the relevant workflow.

4. How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries; provide GST, tax, company/LLP, ROC, registration, trademark/IP, IEC, GeM/tender and related support; process documents; maintain service status; communicate with clients; authenticate users; bill and reconcile payments; prevent fraud and security incidents; meet legal or regulatory duties; improve the website; and measure service and website performance.

Marketing messages are handled separately from information required to answer an enquiry or perform a service. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it using the message controls or by contacting us.

6. Cookies and analytics

CategoryTypical purpose
Strictly necessarySecurity, sessions, authentication and core site operation.
FunctionalRemembering requested preferences and improving usability.
AnalyticsUnderstanding site usage and performance, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager where enabled.
Advertising / marketingCampaign measurement or remarketing only where configured and permitted.

LIQUETAX uses Google measurement technology on the website. Non-essential analytics or marketing technology should respect the choice recorded through the consent-management implementation where consent is required. Browser settings and any displayed consent controls can be used to manage choices. Blocking essential cookies may prevent secure portal features from working.

7. AI-assisted processing

LIQUETAX may use AI to assist with document analysis and data extraction, classification, draft preparation, content or customer-support assistance and internal workflow automation. NVIDIA infrastructure or APIs may be used for configured AI workflows. We do not publish provider secrets, endpoints or internal security details.

Human review remains important.

AI output is not automatically authoritative for tax, legal, compliance, filing or other consequential decisions. Appropriate professional or authorised human review should occur before filings, payments, legal conclusions or client-impacting actions. Unnecessary personal or confidential data should not be sent to an AI service, and data should be minimised or redacted where practical.

8. Sharing and government portals

When necessary for an authorised service, information may be shared with relevant government or regulatory systems (including GST, Income Tax, MCA/ROC, Trade Marks Registry, DGFT, GeM and other applicable portals), authorised professionals or service personnel, hosting/cloud providers, payment processors, email/SMS/communication providers, analytics and security providers, AI infrastructure providers and other processors needed to deliver the service.

Sharing should be limited to legitimate, necessary purposes and subject to appropriate controls. LIQUETAX does not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside India; where this occurs, processing remains subject to applicable Indian requirements and appropriate contractual or operational safeguards.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures, which may include HTTPS/TLS, encryption where appropriate, secure authentication, role-based and restricted employee/admin access, audit logging, controlled document handling, backup/recovery measures, credential protection and server-side secret management. No internet-connected system can guarantee 100% security.

Information is retained only as reasonably required for service delivery, legal/regulatory and accounting or tax-record obligations, dispute resolution, security/fraud prevention and other documented legitimate needs. Retention varies by information and service; we do not state a single arbitrary period for every record. When information is no longer required, it should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable retention process.

10. Your requests and rights

Subject to applicable law, eligible individuals may ask for information about processing, correction or updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. We may verify identity, authority and the affected account before disclosing, changing or deleting sensitive information. A request may be limited where retention or processing remains legally required.

  1. Write from the email or phone associated with your LIQUETAX record.
  2. Describe the request and the relevant service or account.
  3. Provide only the verification information reasonably requested; never email an OTP or unnecessary password.

11. Other important information

Security incidents

LIQUETAX maintains processes intended to identify, contain, investigate and respond to security incidents and will make notifications where required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are designed for businesses and adults, not children. We do not knowingly offer services directly to children. Where information about a minor is legally necessary, it should be processed only with valid authority and safeguards required by applicable law.

Third-party links

Links to government portals, payment services or other websites do not make LIQUETAX responsible for those services' privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting information directly.

Changes and versions

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date, update date and version will be revised, and previous versions will be maintained internally where appropriate.
