  • Self-attested copy of Article of Association.
  • In the case of a Joint Stock Firm or a Society of any other Corporate Body, a resolution on the letterhead of the company/ Society by the Board of Management of the Corporate Body.
  • In the case of the Manufacturer’s Exporter, a Self-attested photocopy copy of the certificate indicates that a Manufacturer of handloom products and made-ups either from the State in charge of Handloom or from the SSI authority.

The applicants are required to pay the said amount for the online membership of handloom export promotion council of India.

The DGFT has issued a notice requiring the electronic filing of RCMC or RC through their Common Digital Platform, effective April 1, 2022. This notice also states that a new digital platform for issuing RCMC has been created, which will serve as a one-stop access point for all exporters and importers.

  • Log in to the DGFT portal: Once you have created an account using IEC code. you will be able to log in to the DGFT portal using your login credentials.
  • Apply for RCMC registration: Once you have logged in, you will need to navigate to the RCMC registration section of the portal. Here you will be prompted to fill in an application form with details such as your company name, address, and PAN number.
  • Upload supporting documents: You will also need to upload supporting documents such as PAN card, GST registration certificate, and certificate of incorporation.
  • Submit the application: Once you have completed the application form and uploaded all the required documents, you can submit the application.
  • Approval process: After submitting the application, it will be reviewed by the authorities. Once it is approved, you will receive an RCMC certificate for the handloom export promotion council.
