Can I register a private limited company using a virtual office?+
A suitable address arrangement may support incorporation when it meets registered-office requirements. The premises must be genuine, supported by lawful permission and documents, and capable of receiving and acknowledging official communications. Name display, access and verification obligations also need to be addressed. A mailing address alone is not enough.
Can I start from home without renting a dedicated office?+
Many preparation and filing steps can be coordinated remotely, and a suitable shared address may avoid the need for a dedicated office lease. Your business must still have a compliant registered office. Identity checks, document execution, premises verification or bank onboarding may require additional steps or a visit in some cases.
Is a virtual office accepted for GST registration?+
GST scrutiny considers the real premises, business activity, right to use the address and supporting evidence. CBIC Instruction 03/2025 recognises shared premises and different rental or consent arrangements. It does not automatically approve every virtual-office package. GST suitability is checked separately from company incorporation.
Which locations do you support?+
Delhi NCR is our primary focus, including enquiries for Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad. LIQUETAX also handles pan-India service enquiries. The exact address, state, permitted use and availability are confirmed in writing before engagement; these city names are not a live inventory of available premises.
Can an NRI or overseas founder incorporate in India?+
Overseas founder enquiries are welcome. The proposed ownership, business activity, resident-director requirement, sectoral FDI/FEMA rules, document authentication and KYC need review. A virtual office does not remove those requirements. Tell us your country of residence and proposed business so we can map the appropriate process.
Will this include a current account and GeM registration?+
You can request separate assistance with banking documents and GeM seller readiness. Account opening is the bank's decision after its KYC and due-diligence checks. GeM registration, catalogue approval and eligibility for individual bids are separate steps. Registration does not guarantee a government contract.
How much does a virtual office cost, and when is it renewed?+
Request an itemised quote for your city, intended use and required services. It should identify the address-service term, renewal date and fee, deposit if any, mail handling, taxes, government charges and professional work. Incorporation, GST filing, bank assistance, GeM support and ongoing compliance are included only if expressly listed in the written scope.
What happens after incorporation or if the address changes?+
Maintain the address arrangement, official correspondence and applicable display or verification requirements. Review post-incorporation filings, accounts, annual compliance and GST duties with the team. A change or expiry of the address may require company, tax and bank updates; renewal does not replace those obligations.
